• Home Furnishing Design - whether you’re seeking a fully furnished space or looking to seamlessly integrate new furniture with existing pieces, I’ll manage every step from sourcing to installation, ensuring a cohesive and stylish result.

• Home Remodel Design - when it comes to remodeling your home, the decisions can feel overwhelming.  Full design service means I’ll handle every design detail, leaving you free to focus on the excitement of the transformation.  From the big picture layout to the smallest finishing touches, I’ll take care of it all so you can relax and enjoy the journey.

How it works:

We’ll start with an in-depth consultation to discuss your goals, preferences, and budget.  From there, we’ll develop a customized design plan tailored to your needs and vision.  Whether you’re furnishing a single room or redesigning your entire home, I’ll work with you to bring it to life!

Step 1 - Initial Consultation

We will have an initial getting to know you phone call or zoom chat to get started. During this call we’ll talk through your project. I’ll ask questions to learn as much as I can about you and the lifestyle you want to create. We will also walk through the process from starting the design concept through final installation so that you can know what to expect and get excited! After our initial call, we will schedule an in-person or virtual appointment to tour your space and further define your goals.

Step 2 - Proposal

A proposal and initial concept will be presented to include a cost estimate and high-level view of the logistics for your approval. Once you sign off, we start!

Step 3 - Work Begins

Planning out how your space will be filled is an integral part of the design process. 2D floor plans to include interior elevation drawings will be provided for confirmation and finalization. I will handle all the ordering, installation of furnishings and final styling. If a remodel or new build, I will partner and collaborate closely with your architects, builders and general contractors to assure we are in alignment.

Step 4 - Enjoy

What it’s all about, your home is now ready for you to enjoy and make many new special memories!

Not sure where to start but know you want a change? Whether it’s choosing the perfect tile, selecting a paint palette, or arranging your furniture, I’m here to provide guidance for those one-off design questions. and to get you started. These sessions are ideal when you need professional advice but don’t have a full-scale project in mind.

• Space Planning - need help with optimizing your space layout?  Using a to-scale 2-D floor plan, I will help you visualize the ideal arrangement for seamless form, function and flow.

• Single Material Selections - from tiles to curtains to the right couch, the options are endless. 

• Paint Palette - we’ll work together to find the perfect palette to suit your style and space.

• Home Branding - are you a DIY enthusiast looking to ensure cohesion in your home?  I’m here to provide design guidelines so each room feels unique yet fits seamlessly into your overall home aesthetic.

Pricing:

Depending on the project, 15 and 30 minute virtual consultations are available. This will be determined upon conclusion of our initial virtual discovery consultation.

If a longer consultation is needed, 60 and 90 minute virtual or in-person consultations are available dependent on your preferences and needs.

Vacant Staging

Staging is the most critical thing that will sell your house. A staged home sells 88% faster than a non-staged home. In a vacant stage, we will transform your home to highlight each room's best features to make the buyer fall in love!

Includes:

• Walk through consultation

• Custom staging design

• Use of Brody Design Co.’s inventory, as needed

• Installation & Removal of inventory

• Ongoing service during Active & Escrow period

Occupied Staging

Our Occupied Staging services starts with an onsite consultation along with hands-on implementation of a provided plan using the sellers' furniture.

Includes:

• Walk through consultation

• Room-by-room plan

• Hands-on services

• Verbal consultation on remaining items

• Additionally, for a fee, we can provide accessory items
